Stem Cell Transplantatio

It is a biological treatment method, which is done by replacing damaged, diseased or abnormal cells in the bone marrow, with healthy stem cells that are taken from an external donor or from the person himself. These are primitive, undifferentiated cells that are found in the fetus during the early stages of pregnancy, in the umbilical cord of the newborn, and after birth they are found in the bone marrow, and are characterized by their ability to differentiate into different types of tissues.
